Leidos Supply Chain Systems and Analytics has an immediate opening for a Lead Supply Chain Systems Analyst. You will join a transformational team possessing deep system knowledge, able to implement scalable solutions for continuous improvement. This role requires experience with Source-to-Pay business processes with an emphasis on reporting and data analytics. Effective communication with business subject matter experts and technical teams will be key to plan and execute high business value solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain analytics and strategic initiatives, providing insights into procurement and supplier performance
- Build and maintain data solutions, semantic models, and advanced reporting capabilities using Power BI, DAX, and SQL to summarize and communicate findings at various organizational levels
- Drive process improvements by utilizing SharePoint, Power Automate, and other workflow automation tools
- Partner with the business to translate analytics gaps and requirements into the design and development of metrics and dashboards for insights and data visualization
- Lead Global Supply Chain’s data governance and data quality efforts by leveraging Collibra, Snowflake, and other big data solutions
- Mentor and provide guidance to other data analysts and perform reviews on their work, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, Supply Chain Management, or business or minimum of 8 - 12 years’ experience in related field
- Demonstrated experience automating reports and processes using Microsoft Power platform including advanced Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) knowledge and concepts
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics development
- Proven ability to learn and select new technologies to meet current and future business needs
- Excellent time management, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated willingness to be a catalyst for change in a very fast paced, dynamic environment, respecting all constituent groups using current and proven best practices for efficient procurement and business operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database querying
- Experience with Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform, Deltek Costpoint and ServiceNow ITSM
- L1 Ivalua Academy Functional Configuration & Administration Certification
