We are seeking highly qualified Senior Technical Experts with demonstrated experience in Transmission and Distribution projects to support an MCC-funded infrastructure project in West Africa. Strong specific experience is essential for all roles. Role Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in transmission system planning, design, and implementation.
- Experience in at least 2 substation design projects of 225 kV or higher in Africa.
- Experience in at least 5 projects involving HV and MV substations, including 33 kV and 11 kV systems.
- Experience managing at least 1 FIDIC Yellow Book contract.

The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to technical ability, experience and training, licenses and certifications, and other related skillsets. The disclosed range is an estimate and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
