JOB TITLE: Lead Strategy Analyst
LOCATION: Irving, TX
DUTIES: Provide financial and strategic evaluations for corporate development opportunities. Develop business update presentations for senior leadership team. Support business unit strategy development and implementation. Provide direct/indirect competitive analysis and macroeconomic trend assessment. Provide investor relations support through preparing presentations for Quarterly Earnings events and assist in answering Investor Questions about company’s long-term and short-term strategies. Collaborate with the teams to gather data and to provide a long-term perspective on business strategies. Work cross-functionally to support the analytical requirements of the business and proactively challenge the status quo by introducing new analyses and insights. Proactively interact with Planning and Project Management department and cross-functional leadership to communicate and gain alignment of analysis, methodology, and assumptions. Responsible for PowerPoint and deck design, key metrics analysis on company performance, critical thinking and alignment; analytical and organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include:
2 years in the following: data and business analysis using Excel or PowerBI; strategy development and implementation; cross functional stakeholder alignment; PowerPoint; investor relations and earnings analysis; financial modeling and valuation. 1 year in the following: macroeconomic research and forecasting.
