You will lead complex strategic advisory projects that directly influence executive decision-making and institutional priorities. You will apply rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving to design solutions that create long-term value for the University. 

What you will deliver: 

  • Lead strategic proposals, business cases and early-stage solution design for complex, institution-wide challenges 

  • Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, risks and options aligned with University priorities 

  • Facilitate workshops, consultations and focus groups to explore strategic issues and build shared understanding with stakeholders 

  • Translate strategic goals into clear project scopes, success measures and delivery approaches for advisory initiatives 

  • Manage strategic advisory workstreams, monitoring progress, risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes 

You may be a great fit if you: 

  • Hold a postgraduate qualification and extensive experience in corporate consulting, transformation or strategic advisory roles 

  • Demonstrate a strong track record advising senior executives on complex strategic issues and organisational decisions 

  • Bring advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, integrating data, insights and frameworks to shape recommendations 

  • Excel in written and verbal communication, producing executive-ready reports, briefs and presentations for diverse audiences 

  • Apply contemporary project management approaches to plan, deliver and govern complex projects within time and budget 

  • Leverage experience in higher education or large, complex organisations to navigate stakeholders and institutional context
