About the Role

We are building a lean, high-impact data team to drive revenue, operational efficiency, and faster decision-making.

This is not a traditional Data Engineer or Analyst role. You will own problems end-to-end, from raw data to business impact, and act as a data partner to Product, GTM, Finance, and CX teams. You will work directly on revenue reconciliation, growth analytics, and decision intelligence problems at scale.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with proven ability to independently partner with business stakeholders and deliver end-to-end data solutions

  • Strong SQL skills (non-negotiable) to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity

  • Proficiency in Python for building pipelines and automating workflows. Spark experience is a plus

  • Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines

  • Solid understanding of data modeling (Data Vault, Inmon, Kimball)

  • Ability to operate across engineering, analytics, and business contexts

  • Experience with modern data stacks (AWS, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar)

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Augment to improve productivity

Responsibilities

  • Build data products across revenue, product analytics, GTM, and customer experience

  • Develop and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines

  • Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs, metrics, and OKRs

  • Diagnose performance issues and identify growth opportunities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, influencing decisions with data

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and cross-system reconciliation

  • Enable conversational analytics and process visibility

  • Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency

  • Proactively identify growth levers and operational inefficiencies

  • Ship fast, iterate, and focus on business impact

What We Look For

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take problems to outcomes

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and define problems independently

  • Business-first thinking with focus on impact, not just pipelines

  • Comfort working closely with stakeholders while staying hands-on

  • Ability to challenge assumptions and refine metrics

  • Bias for action and continuous improvement

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, EOR, or Payroll domains

  • Exposure to process mining or workflow analytics

What We Offer

  • High-impact role with the chance to play a key part in a rapidly growing company

  • Full autonomy in your role, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment

  • Work with a passionate, energetic, and diverse team

  • Competitive benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities

  • Attractive ESOPs, giving you a stake in the company's success

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family

  • Generous holiday policy

  • A company that genuinely invests in your professional success

Equal Employment Opportunity

Multiplier is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Please note that this job description is a general overview and responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and adapts to changing market conditions.
