Lead - SQMS

Leads in this role get to:

• Keep Sutherland aligned: Research and apply appropriate Federal, State and Sutherland’s regulatory, and coding guidelines to audits; maintain audit work papers and ensure recommended corrective actions are timely, practical and relevant.
• Establish solid communication: Identify and communicate with relevant internal and external resources as required to perform audit.
• Support the team: Provide support for external compliance audits and coordinate with external resources. Ensure compliance: Coordinate and / or preform compliance audits as per the  Compliance Audit Methodology; promote Compliance Auditing best practices and solutions.

• Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends through PPT and make suggestions for improvements.

• Experience required in Provider Data Management or Credentialing.
