The Styling function sits at the heart of the code product lifecycle process: delivering the strategy and end-in-mind vision for our product. The Styling Team defines the head-to-toe vision for the Jordan product line. Candidates for this role must be collaborative, imaginative, and tactical, as they will turn creative strategy and big ideas into a head-to-toe styling perspective for Jordan Brand.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented communicator with a proven track record and strong eye for styling direction. They help bring creative concepts to life by crafting tools that support presentations, spaces & photoshoots. You must have a passion for fashion & sport, committed to staying on top of current and future trends in design, creative and youth culture, with the ability to execute product presentation world building that guide how our products come to life head-to-toe.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
· Responsible to execute against defined strategy for sell-in tools & the seasonal styling ethos, that inform & support end in mind styling execution across Retail, Digital & Campaign.
· Oversees product coordination & management for physical room builds & internal photoshoots including seasonal sample orders.
· Demonstrates strong passion and deep understanding of Jordan brand Sport dimensions.
· A typical week includes styling workshops, photoshoots, inspiration moments gathering styling insights and staying connected to current trends, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and consistency.
· Collaborative & agile team player who continuously improves tools and proactively contributes new ideas that evolve the function.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage overlapping priorities & deadlines.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Sport, Styling Design Excellence Lead reports to the Styling Design Excellence Senior Director, Global Jordan. Primary functional relationships include:
· Merchandising
· Brand Marketing
· Brand Creative
· Retail Marketing – Visual Merchandising
· Icon Studio Styling
· External partners & agencies
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
· Portfolio of relevant work, displaying a passion for the art and science of Styling across Retail, Digital & Campaign.
· A positive mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external creative partners.
· Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
· Subject matter expert of fashion, sport and youth culture – current and past.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Keynote, Excel and Photoshop. Mac proficiency strongly preferred.
· Ability to travel approximately 4 times per year.
