This role provides hands-on support for reporting operations, user access, goal loading, mailbox management, and UAT coordination. The role helps ensure reporting processes run smoothly, tasks are completed accurately, and internal users receive timely support.

We will count on you to:

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for reporting updates and changes by preparing test materials, communicating with users, tracking feedback, and following through on issues to help ensure releases are delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Support day-to-day reporting operations by managing the mailbox reporting, triaging incoming requests, responding to routine queries, escalating issues where needed, and keeping requests moving through to completion in a timely and controlled way.
  • Load goals accurately into the platform in line with agreed timelines, business rules, and governance requirements, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring records are complete and reliable.
  • Assist with reporting project management and administration by maintaining trackers, updating milestones and actions, coordinating access requests, preparing documentation, and working with stakeholders to resolve routine issues and improve operational efficiency.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree in Business Administration, or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, reporting support, or administrative coordination, with a practical understanding of how to manage operational tasks, work to deadlines, and support business-as-usual reporting activity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data entry, access requests, trackers, and other reporting-related tasks where reliability and control are essential.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, keep records up to date, and follow through on tasks and actions without losing momentum.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work confidently with systems, data, and access processes while escalating issues appropriately and collaborating effectively across teams.

What makes you stand out?

  • Experience supporting reporting processes, UAT coordination, or sales operations in a role where you have helped keep work moving, managed requests efficiently, and contributed to reliable day-to-day delivery.
  • A strong track record of working accurately and consistently with data, access controls, and process-based tasks, especially where governance and timeliness are important.
  • Confidence in identifying simple process improvements, streamlining administrative tasks, and helping to reduce manual effort or repeated issues in reporting operations.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build effective working relationships, support stakeholders positively, and contribute to smooth and dependable reporting support.
