Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead procurement execution by working closely with R&D teams to define material requirements and ensure timely acquisition of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and support supply chain strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for new product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, delivery, and innovation requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and alignment on new product initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal value while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted product development and delivery.
- Implement Lean principles and best practices to optimize sourcing processes and supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Travel 15%
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sourcing [or GE Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) Graduate]

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
