The key function of the role is to assist and support the P2P Manager in delivering core services associated with:
- PR creations, Goods Receipt, GRIR Reconciliation in ERP - Ariba & SAP.
- Maintaining affiliation with Souring Managers.
Essential capabilities
People leadership with experience in coaching and building high performance culture
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, complex and dynamic environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess an agile mindset in delivery.
Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.
Experience
5+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
3-5 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes
Hands on experience with all modules of a Sourcing Operations suite (preferably SAP and Ariba) but not limited to, spend analysis, E sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay.
Key tasks; accountabilities:
People leader fundamentals for direct reports
Escalation points for Sourcing Operations queries
Ensure offshore team have seamless service delivery to customers.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Sourcing Operations functions, systems and processes.
