Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership or individual contributor roles within Supply Chain applications.
- Expertise across end-to-end supply chain operations in multi-tenant 3PL/4PL distribution centers, high-velocity discrete manufacturing, and project-driven supply chain environments.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Order Management: Dropship, Back-to-Back, Assemble-to-Order, Pick-to-Order, Configure-to-Order fulfillment.
- Logistics & Warehouse Management: Inbound, inventory operations, replenishment, outbound, and costing methodologies (average costing, project-driven valuation).
- Labor/Staff Management: Activity-based and weightage-based forecasting for short- and long-term planning.
- Warehouse Automation: Semi-guided and automated vehicles, conveyor/carousel systems, RFID/BLE tagging, AS/RS, OCR/computer vision, and AI/LLM-driven document data extraction.
- Production/Discrete Manufacturing: Standard, non-standard, rework, order-driven, routing-based, and project-driven manufacturing.
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES): Planning, resource assignment, task-level execution, time tracking, and quality inspection.
- Integrated Supply Chain Planning: Demand, material, and resource planning; order promising; ATP and JIT pegging/allocation.
- Master & Reference Data Management: Governance of product, BOM/item structure, customers, projects, freight carriers, and related supply chain data.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain applications (EBS and Fusion Cloud).
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale technology projects (PMP or PMI certification preferred).
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,400.00 to $188,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Lead Solution Architect – Supply Chain Portfolio
Overview:
The Lead Solution Architect – Supply Chain Portfolio advises business stakeholders and IT product teams on the long-term strategic direction of WWT’s supply chain operations. This role partners with architects across other value streams (Sales, Finance, and Consulting Services) to drive both tactical and strategic architectural outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define the high-level architecture for the Supply Chain (Global Operations) value stream.
- Develop high-level solution and technology blueprints that align business outcomes and capabilities with enterprise products and platforms.
- Deliver and maintain the desired-state Global Platform blueprint through targeted, opportunistic architecture investments aligned with business needs.
- Establish a lightweight, two-mode architecture process that:
- Mode 1: Enables design and delivery with minimal interaction.
- Mode 2: Fosters cross-team collaboration to define and adopt new technology approaches.
- Provide direction and technical leadership across the Supply Chain domain, including Data, Solution, Platform, and Infrastructure architecture.
- Oversee (dotted-line) Solution Architects within the Supply Chain portfolio, promoting adoption of key architecture, data, and integration standards.
- Champion technology modernization, platform refactoring, and architectural investments aligned with business capability scope.
- Consult with application and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions align with the enterprise blueprint and adjust architecture when necessary.
- Drive adoption of architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF and SAFe to mature enterprise practices.
- Govern adherence to established architecture principles, standards, and guidelines across projects and domains.
