Role Description:
  • 人材・メディア業界のエンタープライズ企業のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動
    • お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援
    • キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、AI/Agent機能を組み込んだカスタマイズデモの作成と実施
    • ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成
  • 各種営業マテリアル作成
    • 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けSales Play、ソリューションマップ、業界特化デモの作成
  • セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援
     
【必須(MUST)】
  • CRMをはじめとしたソリューションの提案活動経験 或いは
  • 上記ソリューションエリアでのSI提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトリーダー、ITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験を3年以上
  • 上記ソリューションエリアのデモ開発/カスタマイズの経験5年以上
  • セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
