We are looking for a Lead Solution Consultant in Workday Talent. As part of our HCM & CloudBorn unit, you’ll help customers unlock their potential through modern, scalable Workday solutions.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Lead Solution Consultant:

You’ll play a key role in implementing Tietoevry Tech Services’ strategy by delivering high-quality services at scale and fostering a culture of excellence. You’ll be involved in the full implementation lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment, training, and documentation. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales efforts and have the opportunity to shape new offerings and ideas that drive customer value.

Main tasks for Lead Solution Consultant include

• Lead your area of responsibility within Workday implementations and services

• Advise clients and team members on best practices and solution approaches

• Translate client needs into effective business solutions

• Collaborate with sales to develop and present proposals

• Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements for clients

• Support pre-sales and bid creation

• Mentor and coach other consultants in your area of expertise

Are you the one we are looking for?

We’re seeking someone with extensive Workday talent implementation experience and capability to lead and mentor others. Someone who thrives in a growth-oriented, collaborative environment and is no stranger to consultancy work. You are a true customer champion, empathic collaborator and curious self-leader. You focus your energy and passion towards customer excellence, never compromising the quality of our work. You also proactively set goals for yourself and curiously aim to discover how to change the world. 

To succeed with us, we expect you to have: 

• Proven experience in Workday Talent implementations

• Workday certifications and a desire to expand your skillset

• Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset

• Customer-first attitude and service mindset

• Fluency in English (Finnish is a strong plus, other Nordic languages an advantage)

• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with structured problem-solving skills

• Experience across multiple Workday modules is a plus

• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

• Service-oriented and unpretentious – you build trust naturally

• Collaborative, with the ability to work across sales, delivery, and support teams
