Here, you will play a pivotal role in aligning local and global solution designs, ensuring they meet both specific market needs and enterprise-wide standards.
What you’ll do:
You will shape and align common solution designs across multiple markets, ensuring both local and global architectural consistency. This role involves leading architecture for Telia’s eSIM solution, supporting additional solutions as needed, and driving architectural maturity across the unit.
Collaborate with local architects across different markets to align solutions with local requirements and global enterprise architecture guidelines
Design and maintain architectural integration patterns and ensure consistency across markets
Drive architectural practices in the unit
Assure unit stakeholders are aware of our expertise and solution portfolio
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with short-term delivery, capable of bringing clarity to complexity and guiding diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
Proven experience in solution architecture, ideally in a multi-market or international setting
Deep understanding of telecom domain and modern architecture principles such as microservices, event-driven architecture, and APIs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and architectural documentation tools
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and TM Forum (TMF) standards is a plus
