In this role, you will:

  • Solution Architecture Design

  • Lead the design and architecture of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Management solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and IT strategies across diverse global markets, including Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Develop detailed system and data architecture plans, integrating with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and other ERP systems.

  • TPM Platform Implementation

  • Manage the implementation and optimization of TPM platforms such as SAP TPM, Visual Fabric, CAS, Wipro Promas, or other systems, focusing on adapting to market nuances in Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to customize TPM solutions to fit local business needs and regulatory environments.

  • Ensure smooth integration of TPM platforms with global analytics tools and IT infrastructure, aligned with regional business operations.

  • Data Analytics and Revenue Management

  • Develop and manage data analytics frameworks utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and SQL for revenue analysis, promotional performance, and insights on a global scale.

  • Build and maintain data models to support regional and global decision-making for trade promotions and revenue management.

  • Deliver strategic insights to global and regional stakeholders by transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence.

  • System Integration and Data Management

  • Lead integration efforts of TPM and analytics solutions with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA to ensure real-time data flow across global operations.

  • Establish and implement data management best practices that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across regions, particularly Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Manage global data migration and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with regional needs.

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors across multiple regions to ensure successful delivery of projects and alignment with global and regional business goals.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and training for global teams and end-users, ensuring high user adoption in Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to enhance TPM and analytics tools’ usage across diverse cultural environments.

  • Global Project Management and Regional Adaptation

  • Lead and manage global projects, with a specific focus on Latin America and Asia Pacific, adapting TPM and revenue management solutions to local markets.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, business practices, and market dynamics in the implementation of TPM and revenue management solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in TPM, revenue management, and analytics technologies, especially those relevant to Latin America and Asia Pacific.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives on a global and regional scale.

  • Lead pilot projects to test new tools and approaches tailored to regional business needs.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Management systems.

  • Global Project Experience: Proven experience working on large-scale global projects, particularly in Latin America and Asia Pacific, with the ability to adapt solutions to local business needs, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.

  • TPM Expertise: Hands-on experience with TPM platforms such as SAP TPM, Visual Fabric, CAS, Wipro Promas, or similar solutions.

  • Analytics Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and SQL, with experience in developing complex data models and conducting in- depth analysis.

  • Integration Expertise: Experience integrating TPM solutions with ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of data management, data modeling, and cloud-based analytics solutions, with proven experience in managing global data systems.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex global TPM and analytics projects, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with global and regional stakeholders.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural environments and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in TPM, SAP, data analytics platforms, or cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure certifications) are a plus.

  • Cultural Awareness: Experience in working with multi-national teams and an understanding of business practices in Latin America and Asia Pacific is essential.

  • Collaborates with other Solution Engineers and Enterprise Architecture to make sure that solutions fit within enterprise context and aims for standardization of solutions across K-C’s application landscape.

  • Self-motivated to keep up with industry trends and disseminating information across the organization.

  • Has strong leadership skills and exhibit creative thinking to be able to come up with inventive solutions to solve business challenges

  • Strong technical leadership in delivery teams and partnerships with vendors. Experience delivering IT projects and/or programs with strong SDLC understanding, including Agile / Waterfall methodologies

  • Understands how to coordinate the flow of work between agile teams and more traditional project-based teams

  • Experience working with blended teams consisting of employees, vendors, and consultants with both onshore and offshore resources

  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory. Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
