Your role:
- Technical Stewardship: Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of cloud-native application services running on our Kubernetes-based platform.
- Team Mentorship: Act as a technical guide for a cross-functional Scrum team, conducting deep-dive code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
- Full-Stack Delivery: Drive the development of responsive web front-ends and robust backend APIs, ensuring seamless integration across the entire stack.
- Quality Engineering: Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and other modern engineering practices to ensure application code is correct, stable, and maintainable before it reaches production. Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end) to support rapid, safe delivery.

- Data Strategy: Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases

- Coordinates code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
- Analyzes and optimizes application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance user experience and system efficiency, ensuring the software meets performance benchmarks.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, security engineers to define, design, code and ship new features, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.

- Experience Expert-level knowledge with modern backend languages (C#, Python) and REST/GraphQL/gRPC patterns
- Experience Expert-level knowledge with modern web frameworks (React)
- You believe quality is a discipline, not a phase—and you practice TDD, automated testing, and clean coding as part of your daily workflow
- Experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, RDS, Elasticache, EC2) of atleast 5+years
- Experience with Kubernetes and the CNCF ecosystem.Our techstack contains: ArgoCD, Helm, Crossplane, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, fluent-bit, Kyverno of atleast 3+ years
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu, Crossplane).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions
- Experience with AWS and Kubernetes is a plus (expert-level not required)
- Quick and eager learner who can rapidly acquire new skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Experience working in multinational and cross-functional organizations
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device is a plus but not mandatory
How we work together
