A T3 Software Engineer operates with a high level of independence and is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software components with moderate to complex scope. This role involves owning key modules or features, performing root-cause analysis, and solving ambiguous or non-routine technical problems. The engineer collaborates across teams, contributes to architectural discussions, and ensures high-quality implementations through effective debugging, testing, and code reviews. In addition, the T3 engineer is expected to guide less experienced engineers, drive continuous improvement in development practices, and apply strong technical judgment to balance performance, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
