As a Full stack developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and support of the Enterprise Resilience Dashboard (ERD)—DTCC’s strategic platform for major incident management, operational resilience, and enterprise observability. This role requires strong full‑stack engineering capabilities, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and the ability to build scalable, resilient applications that integrate with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty and Microsoft platforms.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer who partners closely with product, SRE, and operations teams to deliver reliable, secure, and highly available solutions that support DTCC’s risk management and resilience objectives.
Your Primary Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications supporting ERD capabilities, including incident lifecycle management, notifications, dashboards, and integrations.
- Build and optimize backend services and APIs to support real‑time incident data processing and system‑to‑system integrations.
- Develop intuitive, responsive front‑end user experiences aligned with ERD workflows and operational use cases.
- Ensure applications meet resilience, performance, scalability, and availability requirements
- Implement and support integrations with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, AWS services, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise platforms
- Participate in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and post‑incident reviews related to ERD services.

Partner with Product Owners, Architects, SREs, and cross‑functional teams to deliver roadmap initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience as Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer in an enterprise environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Strong experience with:
- Backend development (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent)
- Frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in high‑availability, operationally critical systems.
