📋 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team across multiple product areas.
- Own technical architecture decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platform.
- Establish and maintain engineering best practices — code reviews, CI/CD, testing standards, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Hands-on contribution to critical and complex parts of the codebase when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team productivity.
- Participate in hiring decisions and help grow the engineering team.
- Set the pace — drive urgency, unblock the team fast, and keep momentum high across sprints and releases.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong .NET/C# expertise.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development team.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with high-availability, data-intensive applications.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate between technical and business contexts.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) — our documentation, codebase, and cross-team communication are in English.
- Passion for clean code, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
- A hustle mindset — comfortable with fast iterations, tight deadlines, and a bias toward action over perfection.
