Summary: Lead Software Engineer plays a critical role in the development and maintenance of software applications. They are responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs, as well as collaborating with teams to ensure project success. This role typically involves the following responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in computer Science

Job Summary:

Exp : 5-7yrs

• Strong Java development skills with a good understanding of object-oriented design.
• Strong background of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms)
• Passionate to learn and explore new technologies and demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, should be a quick learner and a team player

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Work on the full software development life cycle, including designing efficient software architecture, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring scalability and security.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.

 • Code Reviews: Participate in and contribute to peer code reviews to maintain code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers.

 • Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of software. Troubleshoot and fix bugs to improve performance and functionality.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends, recommending process improvements and adopting best practices.
