The Circuit Simulation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining software
designed to perform analog and RF circuit simulation.
Candidate should have some knowledge on computer aided methods for numerical problem solving.
Requirements:
- MSc/PhD in electrical engineering, applied mathematics/physics, computer science, or similar
- Familiar with numerical analysis on some related field (circuit, EM, thermal, fluid, photonics)
- Experience on algorithms related to numerical analysis, e.g., sparse matrix solvers, iteration, optimization etc.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming on Win and/or Linux environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Desire to improve and learn new skills
Experience on parallel computing and/or GPU utilization as well as knowledge on circuit simulation (e.g., Spectre, HSpice, APLAC) is a strong plus.
The engineer should have ability to work with an engineering and cross-functional team to deliver innovative technologies in a production environment.
