WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will become part of the Valuation & Market Data product area within SimCorp's Product Division, responsible for delivering functionality that enables clients to make investment decisions with our back-office applications.

The Valuation & Market Data product area consists of four teams spread across several geographical locations.  

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing to ensure our product remains robust and reliable.
Coding skills will be nice to have especially in C# and APL.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

• Execute manual and exploratory testing to validate complex financial solutions and edge cases
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to define clear, testable requirements
• Analyze and report bugs with clarity and precision
• Help maintain product quality
• Contribute to continuous integration, quality gates, and deployment pipelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 6 - 9 years of experience as QA Engineer

• Proficiency in English, written as well as spoken, as English is our corporate language 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or any other academic degree with an interest in financial domain 
• undefinedStrong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processesComfortable with manual testing in complex business domains (ideally finance or data-heavy systems)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
