Job Title – Lead Software Engineer - Java Full Stack
The Purpose of Your Role
A talented individual to lead in our effort in engineering, managing, developing enterprise-based applications. This individual is expected to work directly with Product Owners, business partners and senior engineers across the team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders across the organization in a fast paced agile environment. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process, coding in front end/backend of HR applications

- Strong development experience in Java, Angular, Javascript, HTML, CSS,

- Open Source Frameworks - Spring MVC, Spring Boot
- Knowledge of AWS and Python.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design and technologies
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment - Jenkins, Concourse, Git
- Should be able to do release management by coordinating with multiple stake holders.
