About the Team:

We are part of CBCRM team and is a critical part of the AOOT org ,focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. we closely work with product, sales and service teams to  understands the unique challenges with customer experience and enable or implement tailored and innovative technology solutions. 

Impact 

This position offers opportunities to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves configuring Salesforce financial services cloud , developing custom extensions, integrating with other enterprise systems, and ensuring optimal system performance. Also responsible for collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to support project management processes and business objectives. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining software that supports CRM functions, including prospecting, client onboarding and client services.

Key Deliverables 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for CRM using financial cloud services of Salesforce. 
  • Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other financial systems. 
  • Provide technical support for the solutions deployed.
  • Interface with other support teams such as network engineers, database administrators to troubleshoot and support.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. 
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge base. 
  • Work closely with treasury professionals to understand their needs and requirements. 
  • Collaborate with other developers and testers to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas. 
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner. 
  • Continuously improve the performance and scalability of the software. 

Skills and Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 8+ years of experience.
  • Salesforce- Expertise in salesforce implementation 
  • Experience in Financial cloud services
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • SQL Server- Ability to troubleshoot issues with DBAs
  • OS- Windows – in depth understanding of file systems, event logs, permissions etc. to help in troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SSIS and/or ETL development.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
