Role SummaryThe Lead Software Engineer (P3) is a hands-on full stack role with strong backend ownership (Java + Spring Boot) and solid frontend delivery (React). You’ll design and build scalable services and user experiences, drive engineering best practices, and mentor a small team to deliver reliable, high-performance software.
Key Responsibilities5–10 years of experience in full stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS
Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Strong frontend experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in building responsive web applications using frameworks like Bootstrap
Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux (GraphQL is a plus)
Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Jira, Git, Bitbucket
Familiarity with code reviews, system design discussions, and best coding practices
Experience in debugging and resolving production issues
Strong collaboration with QA, DevOps, and Product teams
Ability to own and deliver modules end-to-end
Experience in mentoring team members and improving team productivity
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MS in Computer Science or related field
5–8+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience in backend development using Java
Experience in product-based or tier-1 organizations preferred
