Lead and own end to end deliverables across the Research Platform
Architect and design solutions in a platform-first approach balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Champion engineering best practices and help us evolve our fast-moving agentic SDLC
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation
Operate with a product-first mindset using your experience and influence to execute effectively and efficiently
Contribute to the evolution of the team's technology strategy, evaluating emerging tools and frameworks to bring value to the technology stack
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven end to end autonomous ownership of complex engineering deliverables involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Hands-on experience across the full stack and a willingness to pick up anything required to move a project forward
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience in architecting scalable and resilient applications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical challenges independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience working within Financial Services or regulated technology environments
An understanding of Financial Research
Experience of engineering delivery using an agentic SDLC
Ability to manage the risk and controls agenda across a technology portfolio
