This role is hybrid in DFW, TX.

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Integrations with deep expertise in integrations, particularly in the realm of Apigee, Boomi, and Confluent Kafka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Apigee for API gateway management, Confluent Kafka for event processing, and Boomi for integrations. This role is perfect for a technically skilled individual who enjoys diving into the code, leading from the front, and driving the implementation of complex integration solutions.

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of integration solutions leveraging Boomi, Apigee for API management and Confluent Kafka for event processing. Architectural, Design and .
  • Dive into the codebase when necessary, collaborating with the team to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, architects, product managers, and operations to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
  • Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance integration solutions that meet the organization's evolving needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and fostering their growth.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration, API management, and event-driven architectures.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 years minimum of experience in software development, with a focus on integration technologies.
  • Extensive and experience with Boomi is preferred.
  • Experience with integrations design and architecture
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
  • Familiarity with Zuul and Apache Camel is a plus.
  • Design and implementation of complex integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

The annual base salary range is $115000 - $165000 / yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
