Your role at ZEISS Digital Partners:You will play an essential role in expanding ZEISS Digital Partners unit and contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. In this function you will work in a supportive, team-focused environment which enables the co-ideation and development of customer-centric digital products.
Together with your team you will develop the Identity and Access Management solution used globally, across all ZEISS units, using cloud native systems with a high grade of test automation, based on infrastructure as code. You enjoy developing resilient software which is easy to maintain. Always having the bigger picture in mind and supporting your team in architectural decisions following the overall technical vision for ZEISS Identity. Work in close alignment with the Lead Architect and Product Owner to continuously improve our developer experience to ensure delivery in time and with the expected quality. You will be the mentor for your team members guiding them to continuously improve not only focused on technical skills but soft skills alike.
You have:- passionate to mentor and develop team members in both technical expertise and soft skills
- experience with IAM with a good understanding of the OIDC / SAML specification
- at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- the mindset and communication skills to lead and motivate an engineering team
- excellent skills in software development with .NET
- a passion for automation
- experience in building cloud native systems on managed services on Microsoft Azure
- proven skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
