The position
As our new Lead Software Engineer, you will join the Product Division, Portfolio Analysis Product Area.
You’ll be part of a cross-located, agile team of 7 people working on an exciting new initiative: Web application powered by Copilot, revolutionizing Portfolio Managers approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
While your primary focus will be on spearheading the front-end of the product, it’s important to have understanding of back-end interaction as well. Our goals include enhancing user experience, ensuring long-term maintainability, optimizing system performance, and advancing our continuous integration and delivery practices.
Your Qualifications and Values
We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is not only technically proficient but also excels in mentoring team members, driving the product forward, and fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
You should have expertise in some of the following areas:
Hands-on experience with:
- Angular 18+, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
- API communication layer (REST, GraphQL, Web socket, etc)
- Testing frameworks (Playwright, JEST, Junit, Mockito, etc)
- Cloud platforms (Azure DevOps, AWS)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker
Beneficial to know about:
- AG Grid
- Lit framework
