We’re looking for a visionary Lead Software Engineer to drive the evolution of our enterprise-wide strategic platform. This is more than a technical role—it’s a leadership opportunity to shape architecture, inspire teams, and deliver transformative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure.
As a key technical leader, you’ll set the direction for scalable, resilient systems across a modern tech stack including Azure, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end frameworks. You’ll foster collaboration across Agile squads, champion engineering excellence, and mentor the next generation of developers.

A proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams with clarity and purpose
Strategic thinking in defining architecture and development best practices
Ownership of the full development lifecycle—from planning to delivery—with a focus on performance and reliability
A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with design, QA, product, and engineering leadership
Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Experience implementing automation frameworks and conducting rigorous code reviews
Confidence in leading technical discussions and aligning squads to strategic goals
A commitment to continuous improvement, modernisation, and DevOps excellence
A drive to simplify and accelerate delivery of resilient software

8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on enterprise applications
Proven expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (D365), including model-driven apps, plugin development, and PCF.
Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams, including mentoring, code reviews, and technical direction.
Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS components (Logic Apps, Functions) and integration practices.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Git, Visual Studio, and VS Code.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with AI tools such as AI Foundry, Azure Document Intelligence or Power Platform AI Builder.
Bonus: Experience with React, TypeScript, and/or VueJS.
You’ll also be confident in:
Leading solution design and technical delivery
Driving code quality and engineering best practices
Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues
Creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation
