Job Description

Are you a skilled Software Engineer ready to contribute to groundbreaking driver monitoring technology? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in developing innovative solutions that enhance the safety and comfort of vehicle cabins. This rapidly evolving field focuses on life-saving products, including driver drowsiness and attention monitoring, as well as seat belt recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to established E&S standards throughout the software development process.
• Collect and analyze software requirements, and prepare design documentation.
• Program software modules and conduct tests to verify software deliverables.
• Support other team members
• Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with local and remote teams.
• Ensure tasks are completed in line with E&S and TCK quality standards and schedules.
• Maintain a positive company image and safeguard confidential information.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• MSc degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years in software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Team-oriented mindset and integrity in dealings with the company, clients, and collaborators.

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience in designing and programming microcontrollers and processors.
• Familiarity with software engineering tools that support the software production process.
• Ability to communicate in German.
• Availability as required.

Technical Requirements:

• Main programming language: C++
• Supporting language: Python
• Development tools: Standard C++ toolchain for embedded applications.

Work Environment: This position allows for hybrid work mode from our Kraków office; 3 days a week in the office.
