As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology division as a part of the Finance Technology team, you will play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. As a core technical contributor, you will be responsible for implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas, supporting various business functions to achieve the firm's business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy RSA Archer GRC applications and custom modules
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored Archer solutions
- Implement advanced workflows, data feeds, API integrations, notifications, and dashboards
- Build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts to illustrate platform capabilities
- Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for deployed solutions
- Document design specifications and configuration decisions to support knowledge sharing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and leading enterprise applications
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting RSA Archer GRC applications
- Hands-on experience as an Archer Developer
- Deep understanding of core Archer components including access management, forms, workflows, APIs, and dashboards
- Extensive experience in XML and XSLT development and transformation
- Strong expertise in SQL Server database design, development, and administration
- Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle within the Archer platform
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial risk or regulatory compliance domains
- Ability to manage client relationships and drive technical conversations
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
