We’re looking for a Lead Firmware Engineer to join our Firmware team based in our office in Cambridge.

What you’ll do

• Real-time C code, in a resource-constrained microprocessor environment.

• Work with embedded application code all the way down to register access drivers for microprocessor and peripheral configuration.

• Maintenance of existing mass deployed firmware.

• Porting existing firmware to alternate h/w component/platforms.

• Development and integration of new features to existing products.

Your qualifications

• A 2.1 degree or better in a numerate / computer science-related subject.

• 5+ years experience developing real-time embedded products in C.

• Experience with bare metal and RTOS based embedded microprocessors.

• Proficient use of Git for version control.

• Experience in leading and delivering significant projects, designs, and products

• Strong abilities in technically leading others

• Experience/ability/interest in leading a small team of F/W engineers
