R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, development, and delivery of the Clinica and Transparency platforms. The role combines hands-on software engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, people management, and AI-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive technical architecture and design decisions.
Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
Manage and mentor engineering teams and support career development.
Drive delivery planning, estimation, technical reviews, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead AI, Machine Learning, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Support DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience.
Proven experience in technical leadership and people management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in Agile environments.
