Our Team
You will join a global organization building advanced X-ray inspection and metrology platforms for semiconductor manufacturing. The team develops end-to-end computational solutions spanning imaging pipelines, data acquisition, 3D reconstruction, feature analysis, and production tool integration
Position Summary
As an Algorithm Developer (Senior/Lead), you will play a key role in designing and developing next-generation XCT inline inspection algorithms. This position focuses on solving complex technical challenges across computer vision, AI/ML, image processing, and 3D reconstruction while contributing to the architecture and implementation of high-performance software solutions for semiconductor inspection systems.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop advanced algorithms in AI/ML, computer vision, and image processing.
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of XCT/APX algorithm subsystems.
- Develop solutions for 3D reconstruction, feature detection, defect analysis, and metrology.
- Translate research concepts and prototypes into robust, production-ready software.
- Collaborate with hardware, systems, and global software engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Optimize algorithm performance for large-scale datasets using multithreading, parallel computing, and GPU acceleration.
- Validate and improve algorithm accuracy, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
- Participate in technical reviews, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and AI/ML.
- Experience with imaging, inspection, reconstruction, or analytical algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and C++/C#/equivalent programming languages.
- Strong mathematical foundation, including linear algebra, optimization, probability, and statistics.
- Experience developing production-grade algorithms and software systems.
- Performance optimization experience using multithreading, parallel computing, and GPU acceleration.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor inspection, metrology, or related industries
- Knowledge of X-ray imaging, CT, tomography, or computational imaging systems
- Hands-on experience with 3D reconstruction, volumetric data processing, and feature extraction
- Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management
- Experience with high-performance computing and large-scale data processing pipelines
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in algorithm development, computer vision, image processing, or AI/ML
- Proven experience developing and deploying complex software or algorithmic solutions in production environments
