Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leverage Enterprise AI persona as 'AI Builder' with approved AI tools to enhance productivity, reduce toil by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Expertise with Co-pilot, GitHub Co-pilot, Power automate AI tools to automate the workflows
  • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement on improving MTTR and Error budget. Collaborate and support initiatives that improve system resiliency, reliability and performance
  • Drive improvements of observability for different services, SLO/SLIs and golden signals, self - healing mechanisms, Runbook automations and benchmark the performance
  • Help teams onboard the APM and other monitoring tools, optimize events and alerts
  • Support integration and adoption of observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus and other monitoring tools
  • Be hands-on with Python and Shell scripting and Linux internals
  • Build and enhance Operations Dashboards leveraging tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana
  • Recommend and drive process improvements and participating in rotational on-call support
  • Support incident response, problem management and post-mortem activities
  • Implement solutions to continuously improve operational efficiency of the platform and application services
  • Ensure availability, infra and app performance monitoring, Synthetic, RUM and AIOPs components and proven development skills to auto heal of system alerts
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Platform and Technical Support teams in identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting and drive resolution of critical issues and roadblocks
  • Publish and implement operational standards, compliance metrics for all the Provider applications and infrastructure services
  • Deploying the solutions using CI/CD tools, code repository, code scanning, artifact repo, compliance scanning, deployment, and configuration management and DevOps practices with Jenkins, Git, GitHub actions etc.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in technology with SRE, Observability, Automation, AIOPs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • 4+ years of expertise in Python, Bash and other scripting languages for automation to reduce Operations toil by automating repeatable tasks
  • 4+ years of experience in Observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus and cloud native tools along with Kubernetes
  • 4+ years of experience with strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Risk & compliance, security vulnerabilities and remediation, certificates and secrets, and control gaps etc.
  • Experience to leverage Enterprise AI persona as 'AI Builder' with approved AI tools to enhance productivity, reduce toil by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Expertise with Co-pilot, GitHub Co-pilot, Power automate AI tools to automate the workflows
  • Experience in implementing solutions to continuously improve operational efficiency and reliability of the applications hosted in cloud infrastructure and on-premises
  • Experience in ensuring availability, performance, monitoring, and Infra Provisioning for the Platform, which comprises Cloud infrastructure and On-Prem technologies
  • Experience in implementing operational standards for cloud and application infrastructure and services for Provider applications
  • Experience in deploying applications using CI/CD tools, code repository, code scanning, artifact repo, compliance scanning, packaging, deployment, and configuration management
  • Experience in participating in projects involving people of many different disciplines: Engineering, Cloud, Networking, CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring, Alerting, etc.
  • Working knowledge of managing different flavors of Kubernetes clusters on-prem & Public Clouds (AWS, AZURE & GCP)
  • Exposure on log analysis, define workload model for peak season, different types of load tests, execution, results analysis and recommendations etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Engineering and Technical Support teams to drive resolution of critical issues
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Development Teams to help address Platform-related roadblocks
