JOB TITLE: Lead Site Reliability Engineer
LOCATION: 1311 W President George Bush Hwy Richardson, TX 75080 (Reports to Richardson, TX office allows partial telecommute)
DUTIES: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs; Responsible for the reliability, security and efficiency of cloud environments and products that comprise Enterprise Imaging solutions; Work as a software tools developer in the cloud operations team; Drive automation of cloud operations and deployment using different toolset; Define implementation of Cloud Operations procedures; Implement effective and reliable cloud infrastructure; Operate, scale, and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure for the cloud-based SaaS Enterprise Imaging platform and all components within; and 24x7x365 shift-based support with rotating on-call. Position reports to Richardson, Texas office and allows for partial telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Engineer-related occupation. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following:
* Automation and administration of IT systems including computer resources, network, storage or general access control;
* Administration of cloud infrastructure and deploy applications for enterprise SaaS or PaaS companies in public clouds such as GCP, AWS, or Azure;
* Program platforms such as Python or Node.js;
* Scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or Bash;
* Create CI/CD processes, Terraform IaC pipelines, and manage Kubernetes environments;
* Cloud infrastructure including computer, networking, and storage;
* Automated process flow using software tools including GitHub Actions, Terraform, Python or Jenkins;
* Manage outages, customer escalations, and crisis management;
* DevOps tools and environments such as Terraform, Git, Jenkins, Gitlab or Ansible;
* Manage PingOne IAM environments including provisioning, population/group management, custom roles, and authentication policy configuration;
* Implement secure authentication flows, JIT provisioning, and PHI/PII protection in identity federation scenarios; and
* Automate IAM audit log extraction, monitoring, and security reporting through GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud Logging, or Splunk.
RATE OF PAY: $156,988 - $210,040 / per year
