Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Lead Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Position Summary:
Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies. Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders. Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers. Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments. Monitors shipping/receiving discrepancies. Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer, if applicable for Lighting Products, Machine Parts, and/or Special Customer Requirements.
- Offload material from delivery truck, sort, reconcile, enter information into ERP system and prepare for counting process.
- Responsible to Open & Close office/warehouse building using access key's and security codes (if applicable).
- Operate Warehouse Forklift & Raymond Picker to pull & return parts from inventory (if applicable).
- Process orders and update ERP system and/or customer portal.
- Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 50lbs and manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs utilizing available safety tools.
- Operate company delivery truck for movement of material between buildings and/or customer deliveries.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 6-8 years of related work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Current valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in International trade, export, and logistics
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English
- Proficient MS Office applications ability
- Experience operating material handling equipment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Education: High School Diploma / Equivalent, preferred
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
