Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain robust end-to-end automation for core web flows (UI Automation) and critical business processes (API Integration tests), ensuring high reliability and rapid feedback.
- Define and implement key engineering quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect escape rate, automation ROI) and establish best practices for writing, maintaining, and scaling test suites across the organization.
- Write, execute, and debug automated test cases to validate new features, existing functionalities, and regression scenarios.
- Integrate automation tests into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Quality Assurance & Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand product requirements and technical designs.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies for complex features and systems.
- Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and track them through to resolution.
Tooling and Improvement:
- Act as the subject matter expert in test automation, driving the adoption of best practices, especially leveraging GenAI tooling to improve test creation, maintenance, and data generation.
- Identify opportunities for process and testing efficiency improvements, and develop tools or scripts to address them.
- Stay current with new testing technologies, tools, and industry trends, and drive their adoption where appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall software quality process.

What We Do
Loop is a fully automated delivery intelligence platform for modern food brands that helps restaurants become more profitable. We address issues by automating back-office operations, providing financial transparency, and streamlining reconciliation processes.
As delivery channels grow, they now account for over 25% of restaurant revenue, yet high commission fees (20-35%) and order inaccuracies (3-4% of sales) pose significant challenges to profitability.
Loop has raised $6M (~ 50cr) in venture capital from Base10 Partners, Afore Capital and many more.
