Job Description:-
- 7+ years of substantial experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and preferable with one or more secondary support for other SAP modules such as QM, MM, WM, or SD with at least 3 full-life cycle implementations.
- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules like quality management, warehouse management and financial accounting and controlling.
- Experience with implementing re-manufacturing solutions, material requirements planning, bill of materials, bill of process and engineering change management, PLM systems with SAP, EDI mapping, and automotive kitting related to manufacturing
- Extensive experience in co-products and by-products
- Extensive experience in bill of material alternatives and available to promise functionality
- Integration knowledge using IDOCs, RFC, Web services, CPI integration, and EDI from non SAP systems to SAP.
- Provide configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary
- Communicate clearly with team members, business analysts, product owners and management.
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, design, test and implement solutions for the SAP PP Module
• Conduct design of PP interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements based on SAP best practices
• Document and Transform business requirements into system specifications
• Develop estimates and solutions to deliver requirements
• Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures
• Working in Agile Scrum Teams
Skills Required
- 7+ years of substantial experience in SAP Production Planning
- At least 3 full-life-cycle SAP implementations
- Experience supporting at least one secondary SAP module, preferably QM, MM, WM, or SD
- Good understanding of integration with SAP Quality Management, Warehouse Management, and Financial Accounting and Controlling
- Experience implementing remanufacturing solutions, material requirements planning, bills of material, bills of process, engineering change management, PLM integration, EDI mapping, and automotive kitting
- Extensive experience with co-products and by-products
- Extensive experience with alternative bills of material and available-to-promise functionality
- Integration experience using IDocs, RFC, web services, SAP CPI, and EDI between non-SAP systems and SAP
- Experience providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, business analysts, product owners, and management
- Experience troubleshooting, designing, testing, and implementing SAP PP solutions
- Experience designing PP interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements using SAP best practices
- Experience transforming business requirements into system specifications
- Experience developing delivery estimates and solution designs
- Experience developing and maintaining system documentation and business process procedures
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams
