Summary of Role:
Lead the design, configuration, and manage SAP Human Resources (HR) modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Shift Planning and Personnel Development (PD).
Configure and manage SAP Payroll (PY) modules to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.
Drive SAP HR/Payroll projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
Monitor SAP HR/Payroll systems to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design, development and provide expert advice on SAP HR best practices and industry standards.

Knowledge of Germany Payroll preferred.

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.

Support the integration of third-party payroll systems and ensure seamless data flow.

Lead and support payroll testing, validating calculations, and reporting.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define SAP HR/Payroll solutions.

Drive SAP HR/Payroll projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.

Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end HR solutions.

Provide ongoing SAP HR and Payroll support to end-users, resolve incidents, and ensure system optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues and incidents, including tax, deductions, and employee benefits calculations.

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and deliver training to end-users on SAP HR and Payroll functionalities.

Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, process flows, and user guides.

Monitor SAP HR/Payroll systems to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to define system requirements, changes, and new functionalities.

Ensure SAP HR and Payroll systems are compliant with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

Develop and deliver reports related to payroll processing, tax filings, and benefits administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP HR and Payroll Consultant with expertise in SAP HR (PA, OM, TM, PD), SAP Shift planning, SAP Payroll (PY), ABAP & FIORI

Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support.

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR, Shift planning, ABAP, FIORI, and Payroll modules (configuration, integration, and troubleshooting)

In-depth knowledge of payroll-related processes and tax laws.

Familiarity with third-party payroll systems and integration.
