Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements.
- Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g., data administration, code refactoring, etc)
- Performs regular reviews on implementation done by less experienced developers and offers feedback and suggestions for the code
- Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team and can designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during project execution to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Ability to support the development of enterprise-level Salesforce projects throughout the implementation lifecycle, including application performance, post-go-live support, etc.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development.
- During design, identify architecturally significant design decisions and communicate constraints
- Performs deployments as part of DevOps to migrate metadata between salesforce environments using CLI, VS Code, BitBucket, change sets, and other tools as needed.
- Complete data processing service requests within target lead times.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with modern applications/development, architectural patterns, and languages such as API first strategies/microservices, SOA, responsive design, Javascript, JSON, REST, etc.
- Working collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Automated API Tool testing projects/applications.
- BS or BA Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of relevant experience working in Salesforce.
