Sales & Customer Management
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve annual order intake and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Develop business opportunities with central/state utilities, private utilities, EPC contractors, renewable developers, railways, metros, and industries.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to order booking.
- Engage with decision makers, engineering teams, procurement, and consultants.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms while maintaining profitability.
Product & Solution Selling
Promote & Sales of Grid Automation products & solutions including:
- EM & Numerical Relays
- Protection & Control Systems
- Substation Automation Systems (SAS)
- SCADA/EMS integration
- RTUs and Communication Systems
- Condition Monitoring Solutions
- Asset Performance Management
- Cybersecurity Solutions
Tender & Proposal Management
- Review customer requirements and define winning strategies.
- Coordinate with tendering, engineering, legal, finance, and project teams.
- Lead bid strategy, pricing discussions, and risk reviews.
- Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial proposals.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, government policies and investment plans.
