Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial activities for the Power Transmission business line across assigned customer accounts and sales territories.

  • Develop and execute account/channel plans to support commercial strategies and the achievement of sales objectives.

  • Collaborate with product line teams and external channel partners (manufacturers’ reps) to drive order intake.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts for orders, margins, and sales pipelines within Salesforce CRM.

  • Facilitate cash and receivables management to ensure healthy account performance.

  • Provide actionable market intelligence—including pricing trends and competitive activity—to product line marketing teams.

  • Conduct periodic account reviews with leadership to track progress and identify strategic opportunities.

  • Travel regularly to customer locations to build relationships and support on-site commercial initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field required (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering concentration preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, account management, proposal development, business development, or product management.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electrical, utility, or related industries.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level customer decision-makers.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, primarily within assigned territories, with occasional travel to domestic and international manufacturing sites.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $92,800.00 and $154,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
