As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for achieving financial metrics AOP including revenue & margin for assigned accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed annual AOP respecting the linearity defined by the management line 
  • Understand the bigger account picture and identify how Line Replaceable Unit fits into the overall Honeywell account strategy 
  • Establish market pricing for line replaceable units, build pricing models to maximize profit on line replaced unit sales 
  • Present important opportunities to leadership and identify how to close the deals 
  • Solicit and respond to inquiries related to price and availability 
  • Identify demand and communicate effectively to procurement team of possible buying trends 
  • Accountable to build both sales and procurement relationships for set of accounts 
  • Become proficient in SAP for quote, order entry and informational analysis 
  • Required to negotiate favorable terms for Honeywell when selling line replaceable unit within pre-approved limits 
  • Ensure achievement of line replaced unit inventory turns and margin targets 
  • Support airlines CBT to achieve revenue, margin, connected maintenance AOP and provides inputs to AOP and STRAP process 
  • Work with the Sales Excellence Team for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales trainings


Key Experience & Capabilities:


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Industry equivalent qualification plus demonstrated experience in sales considered)
  • Minimum of 10 years Airlines industry, product and sales knowledge experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of Retrofits Modifications Upgrades (RMUs) as they pertain to the Honeywell equipment on air transport aircraft and associated value propositions
  • Thorough knowledge of the various R&O programs offered to Airlines
