A lead or senior level Sales Operations Analyst is a key strategic partner responsible for managing and optimizing the sales lead lifecycle. This role requires a blend of data evaluation, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to drive efficiency and revenue growth. The primary focus is to analyze sales leads data, review performance metrics, and generate actionable insights into lead conversion rates, velocity, and attribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core Responsibilities:

· Lead Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct deep-dive analysis into lead data to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding what is happening with the sales leads and recommended actions.

· Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the sales, marketing, and partner teams to ensure alignment on lead definitions, handoff processes, and attribution models.

· Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine lead management processes and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

· Strategic Planning: Translate data insights into strategic recommendations that influence go-to-market strategies and resource allocation across departments.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

- This position typically requires extensive experience in sales operations, a strong background in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel), and proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven storytelling

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

-7-9 Years Experience in a Sales Operations or related field
