- Manage sales compensation and incentive plans, including participant lists, order intake targets by role and product line, and the creation of individual and team performance reports to track results against objectives.
- Act as the SPEAK Champion by managing users, providing system support, coordinating IT tickets, delivering training, and ensuring CRM data quality (order values, margins, quantities, and delivery timelines).
- Maintain reliable forecasts for order intake, order convertibility, and manufacturing demand.
