What You Will Do

As the Sales Enablement Program Manager, you’ll work closely with AECO sales leadership in the APAC region to build learning programs to increase sales success.  Priorities include sales onboarding, sales skills development, and learning technology support.  You’ll manage, track, and reinforce learning as well as assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement. You’ll partner with sales leaders across Trimble’s Construction sector to establish and extend best practices to enable sales performance. You’ll be a key part of a Center for Excellence team who is collaborative, innovative, influential, and fun!

  • Develop and manage onboarding programs to enable readiness of new hires to the Sales organization

    • Conduct needs analysis with sales managers and SMEs to define role-specific onboarding outcomes and success criteria.

    • Design role-based learning paths (seller / presales / renewals / LCs / SDR) combining micro-learning, ILT and on-the-job checklists.

    • Launch, track and report learner progress (completion, assessments, readiness) for onboarding and certifications.

    • Coordinate and prepare SMEs for content creation and facilitation — provide templates, deadlines and quality checks.

    • Create clear event agendas with learning objectives, prework and post-session reinforcement activities.

    • Measure program impact (time-to-productivity, assessment scores, manager readiness ratings) and run monthly improvement sprints.

  • Partner closely with sales leaders to identify and create training aligned to sales goals and seller competencies. Provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold.

  • Utilize and administer learning and enablement technologies to support AECO sales enablement across the APAC region. Drive adoption and ensure content quality, relevance, and accessibility for all seller roles.

  • Develop and manage analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness, correlate enablement outcomes to business metrics (pipeline, win rates, productivity), and communicate insights to regional and global stakeholders.


What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • 5+ years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably with a technology, hardware or software company

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design or related discipline

  • Experience designing and implementing training programs to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs; ability to effectively design and develop learning content including training, job-aids, documents, and videos.

  • Experience using multimedia authoring tools (such as Camtasia) to develop online learning modules.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail

  • Preferred experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms; experience using CRM management systems, Salesforce preferred

  • Well-organized, self-directed team player.  Remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
