Job Description:
Simeio is seeking a Lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to lead the technical implementation and optimization of SailPoint solutions. The Lead Engineer will be hands-on, working with Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Profiles, and Transforms, ensuring successful integration and configuration. Experience with SailPoint APIs to support automation and custom extensions is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Build, configure, and maintain Access Profiles, Roles, and Identity Profiles in SailPoint ISC.
Develop and implement Transforms to support business-driven identity processes.
Utilize SailPoint APIs for integrations, automations, and custom functionalities.
Lead technical discussions, provide guidance to junior engineers, and ensure best practices are followed.
Work closely with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and continuously improve identity services.
Qualifications:
3+ years hands-on SailPoint implementation experience, particularly with ISC (Identity Security Cloud).
Strong experience configuring Access Profiles, Roles, Identity Profiles, and designing Transforms.
Working knowledge of SailPoint APIs (RESTful services preferred).
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, lifecycle management, and access governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
SailPoint certifications or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus.
