Your Opportunity as a Lead, Revenue Growth Management  

In this role you will lead, deliver and leverage analytics to unlock the strategic pricing value of each of our Consumer brands through optimizing our Mix, Packs and Promotional Strategies and execution.  You will create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities.  You will lead the build of the execution plan to deliver growth opportunities in the marketplace.  You will build and develop cross functional relationships and workstreams within the Customer Category Business (CCB) teams.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

  • Deliver RGM Analysis and align with the cross functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)

  • Create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities

  • Lead the build of the execution plan to deliver growth opportunities in the marketplace

  • Build and develop cross functional relationships and workstreams within Market Development Organization

  • Create hypotheses that will enable revenue growth over a 3-5-year horizon

  • Lead portions of cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities

  • Lead the creation of execution plans and selling stories

  • Collaborate with other members of the RGM team leadership team to strategically influence across the organization

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools

  • Identify key areas of opportunity for stakeholder management and recommend plan to address

  • Ability to drive change management across the organization

  • Ability to derive insights from analysis and research

  • Ability to create advanced analytical models to optimize growth

  • Ability to fully understand how the consumer, shopper, customer and JMS all benefit from our work

  • Willingness to learn and master new concepts

  • Self-starter with ability to lead strategic influencing discussions

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of Finance, Sales, Insights or Marketing experience

  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Spotfire, IRI or AC Nielsen (POS and Panel)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and constructively challenge process and requests

  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Capability to lead strategic reviews and gain cross-functional team input and alignment

  • Strong computer and analytic skills

  • Strategic influencing skills
